At Edgefield, we feel that our children are the future of the church and we treat them accordingly. From our newly constructed play area to special events throughout the year, we strive to show them just how much we appreciate and care about them. Here are some programs that we feature for our younger members.
 

Nursery
Available during all services
[Ages 0 - 36 months]

We have an onsite nursery staffed by a team of caring and dedicated individuals. Parents can leave their children secure in the knowledge that they will be cared for in a fun and safe environment. We provide pagers to each parent so that he or she can be contacted if necessary. All we ask is that you provide a labeled diaper bag and bottle, as well as any special instructions, so that your child may be cared for appropriately in your absence.
 

Children's Church
Sunday Mornings @ 10:30 am*
[3 years old - 3rd grade]
*Children are released for class during our morning worship service

The FaithWeaver curriculum is currently being used in our Sunday 
morning FaithWeaver classes. This material is structured in a way that provides a complete overview of the Bible in an age-appropriate way.
Our goal is to help children have a very full understanding of God's Word and how to apply it to their lives.

Awana
Sundays from 6:00-7:30 pm
[Pre-K - 5th Grade]

Our use of the Awana program materials goes back some 25 years. This age-based curriculum places children in groups with their peers, where they can learn Bible lessons, memorize verses, and participate in game time. Special theme nights keep it interesting for the clubbers, and store nights provide an incentive for learning.
